I have a 2006 malibu that acts like the fuel pump relay went out and I swap it out with another one and it starts then I swap it back with the original one that I thought was bad and it still starts it does this every couple of days whats wrong it has a new fuel pump

What exactly tells you that the relay is the problem?

Have you tried simply swapping the relay with another like relay for a few days to see if the problem stops?

I do swap it out with another on and it works but in a day or less it does it again but once I swap it out I can put the old one back in and it works fine for a little while its like its reseting when I remove the relay

Then the problem is not likely the relay but a connection somewhere, possibly in the relay socket.

Where would that be on the back of the fuse box I have gone through all the connections on the fuel pump

You're just going to have to follow the wiring diagram and find out where the current is being lost. We can't tell you that.
