what are the step's to replace the driver side mirror on my 2001 plymouth voyager?

Most all mirrors are replaced by removing the door panel so I am including a guide on how to do that. However, your vehicle has a separate pad/cover that covers the bolts that you need to remove the mirror.

I am attaching the process below from the manual that will give the detail needed to replace this mirror. It is the same on both sides and this shows the driver side.
