It's not a repair question. But I got the truck in March and it didn't come with a manual. I know it has FWD but what does the + and - next to D mean? We have a storm coming and I need to use lower gear but don't know what the + and - means.

You have an automatic transmission, but you can shift it like a manual if you want. If you move the shifter toward the +, it will up shift. If you move it toward the -, it down shift. Let me know if you have questions.

I'm south west of you in PA. Have a safe one and by the way, it is snowing here and has been. Take care and let me know if you have questions in the future.
