They will fit on your car, but I have to qualify that with my standard warning. As a suspension and alignment specialist, I would never lower my car or raise my truck because it adversely affects braking, handling, steering response, and comfort. I can go into great detail if you want me to, and why lawyers and insurance investigators love to find those things on the other guy's vehicle, but for your concern, the change in "scrub radius" will be very slight and very unlikely to ever be a legal issue.
If you do not have your speedometer adjusted, it will read slightly faster than you're actually going. If your car has anti-lock brakes, all four tires must be exactly the same size. Don't replace just two of them with the new smaller tires.
