Look around the door handle. You'll find a couple of screws. Remove them. Use a flat screwdriver to carefully pry the panel away from the door frame. It's held to the door by the screws you removed (make sure you get them all, there may be more than I know about)plastic cone-shaped friction pins. They snap easily, so be careful. You can buy a special tool for this at stores such as Autozone, Advanced, etc. It's about $10. Not required but makes it alot harder to break the pins or the recesses in the panel where they attach to it. With all the pins removed, pull out and disconnect any switches. Pull out and up and you're done.
