Car overheating and oil light comes on showing that it is extremly low. I checked oil and it's full. I also had the oli and filter changed recently. Car making a bubbling sound as if radiator is hot. Coolant level normal. When car overheat you can steam or smoke also has an electrical odor

The oil warning light is for oil pressure, not level. Serious engine damage can occur in a few seconds when the pressure is low, but it sounds like you already have major engine problems. Given the multiple symptoms it sounds like it started with a leaking cylinder head gasket and now coolant has gotten into the oil. That will melt the soft engine bearings which will lead to low oil pressure and further wear. I'd start by having your mechanic perform a chemical test at the radiator to verify the head gasket is leaking. If it is not, diagnose the cause of the overheating first.
