Overheating

My car is overheating and the heat sensor does not mark the temperature right. The radiator fan is not working either.

Check the two items in the picture. The relay may be internal to module if it is then it will need to be scanned for codes to see if its working. It cold be a bad coolant temperature sensor as well.
