Timing belt 2001 Dodge Caravan

I have a 2001 dodge caravan 4 cylinder I just put a timing belt mon and would like to know how much if any play should be in the belt

There should be no play in the belt, there will be some deflection over the long length, but with timing marks set and tensioner set there should be no slack at all.
