There are a lot of possibilities. There is a fuel management problem of some sort either mechancial or electric.
Mechanical failiure would be clogged injectors or a clogged fuel line or a dirty air filter.
Electrical items are a process of elimination. They can be Ignition components like plugs and wires or sensors.
Since the truck starts and then stalls, the first suspects are the Idle Air Control Valve or the fuel supply.
Let me know the following;
Has the truck sat for a long period of time without being used?
Did the problem happen all of a sudden?
Will the truck run if you hold the throttle down a bit?
Will it repeatedly start and immediately stall or is it hard to get started?
Let me know the above and I will help as much as possible.
