My truck won't start

I have a Jeep Grand Cherokee Laredo and when I was passing electricity to another truck the anti theft lock system began to work and I tried to reset the system but know the ignition key lock does not work also and I can turn even the key, please any suggestions on how I can repair this.

Make sure the battery is fully charged
remove and have it checked or recharge
check fuses
if engine start after the recharge check charging system
if still no start check for code s
