2000 Honda Odyssey instrument panel lights

When I turn my headlights on I have no light for my rpm, speedometer, and fuel gage but I have all my srs, tcs, check engine, and abs lights. Also when my headlights are on my gear indicator is not lit but if I shut my headlights off it is. I have checked bulbs and fuses and they all seem to be ok.

It may be the multiplex unit under dash causing problem. Check fuses in car.

Thank you for your response. Fuses have all been checked. Is the unit on the driver's or passenger's side?
