My cooling fans weren't running so I replaced the fan relay. I replaced the coolant temp sensor, and disconnected it while running and the fans came on fine. I connected it back and the fans still won't run. What do I need to check next?

What you described is proper operation. The radiator fan gets turned on by the Engine Computer when you disconnect the two-wire temperature sensor as a precaution because if the engine were to overheat, the computer wouldn't know it. To test the system further, you need a scanner to view live data. The fan should turn on at 210 degrees F. And turn off at 198 degrees.
