won't the cooling fans kick on ?

2001 Chrysler town and country lxi it has the 3.8 engine It is all wheel drive. Why won't the cooling fans kick on in After changing the sensor and relay. Also tested both fans and they work when jumped to the battery temperature control sensor was replaced the relay (behind the fisca) was changed.

Both fans work when jumped to the battery

Please help me, I love this site !

In short yes, its just located in a different spot on mine.
Also, I don't know if any of these will help, but I used the odometer to get these codes...

Spelling correction to first post the relay behind the FASCIA and in front of the radiator mounted on the top of the bumper(the metal part).
