I have been having trouble with the fan not wanting to turn off unless car is off, Temp will not rise. I call auto zone they tell me there is no Temp sensor for this make of car. So the only other thing I know to do is get a relay. They are so expensive. But Need to know how to check the relay before I go buy a part that is not going to work either. Please get back with me asap thanks

Sorry, I wanted to add, if you have the 3.3 or 3.8L, the coolant temp sender is on the intake near the water outlet. They are about 25.00 dollars. AZ part # SU326. It's the same part for both engines.

Last night I went and got the relay, Put it on and still nothing happen. So I was going to by the temp sensor today and put it on and see what happens. Is the temp sensor the same as coolant temp sender you are talking about or is it different?
