My 1999 Pontiac Grand Am SE lost power steering and died right after. Now it cranks fine but won't start. A while before this happened, cylinder 3 always had a misfire, but after replacing numerous parts, we just unplugged the wire for it because it was dumping in too much fuel. Parts that have been replaced are fuel pump, fuel pressure regulator, fuel filter, 1 crank position sensor, PCM, map sensor, 1 coil pack, 1 injector. Any ideas?

If it cranks good but won't start, Have a helper crank it, while you visually check for spark at the plugs. If you have spark everywhere, use a gage and check fuel pressure. Check for applicable trouble codes.
