1999 Plymouth Breeze Caliper does not Fit.

My brother has a 1999 Plymouth Breeze Expresso 2.0L Automatic car, and he has had the calipers replaced. The calipers are loose. The mechanic says there may be springs that are missing, but I cannot find anywhere that sells them. I also cannot find them on any part diagrams. I have tried a local Advanced Auto Parts and a local Napa store's calipers, but they do not fit. I ordered online from JC Whitney, but they still do not fit. Am I missing springs or some kind of bracket, or is there a specific caliper type that I am unable to find? Please help. Thank you.

See if you have the parts shown with arrows. If not it's called a hardware kit. Rock auto shows a kit ewith springs which I don't think yours needs it's probably the bushings and sleeve

First of all, thank you so very much for the prompt reply! It has given me a lot of insight on the problem. After all of my research, which has still not clarified my issue, I am beginning to wonder if my mechanic and I may be mistaken. The issue seems to be that the caliper itself does not rest on the arms sticking out of the caliper holder. I would think that the caliper's side flared forms would rest on the caliper bracket as well. Is this really the case for this vehicle? This is an issue we have had with all the calipers we have tried. Thank you!
