Mercury Sable Start Up Problem

What could be the problem with my 1999 Mercury Sable? It will not start up. I've check the intake and sprayed some starter fluid, however it will still not start up. The battery also isn't the problem. Could it be the gas inside the car? It's been about a month since I got new gas. Should I try and pump out the old gas and put new gas in or could it be something else? It is also trying to turn over. The starter sounds fine.

Look for an ignition spark-Sounds like No spark problem

I hear a spark happening when I start it up.
