After driving the truck and you shut it off, it sometimes will not restart without jumping it! The battery is new and it seems to turn over fine but won't start. We have replaced the fuel pump relay. The shops can't get a code because engine light is not on! Ant suggestions?

You need a fuel pressure tester. You can rent it at a parts store.

You need 38-45 lbs of pressure
