Engine swap moter will not start

Hi swapped a 1997 4.2 into 1999 engine will turn over but will not start seems to be flooding out not sure how to fix the prob. Or What is causing it not to run.

Were all the original sensors reused? Have you checked to make sure there is spark to the plugs? Have you checked to make sure the fuel pressure regulator is working properly and not allowing too much pressure to build?

Tell me this, will it start for a couple seconds if you use starting fluid?
