My 1999 Dodge Stratus wouldn't start with out being jumped for a week. I replaced the battery and now it will not start at all. The battery is connected right as the headlights, radio, ect all work and do not dim when I turn the key. It is just silent, no clicking noise at all.
I replaced the alternator about 2 years ago and the starter last year. How do I determine what the problem is seeing as I cant drive it to have a shop or parts store test it?

You must have a bad connection. Check wiring on battery and to starter. Also, check to make sure there is a good ground.

If the connectors are bad the lights, radio, ect will still come on? I tried to jump it with my other car and still wouldn't start
