Does it turn over and start? Bad connections or bad starter is the likely cause.

Check the hot cable going to starter thoroughly for scrapes or shorts to grounded metal. Try disconnecting alternator and running car. How long does running last before it dies?

Check alternator main hot wire for same faults of scrapes shorts. Did you say you put new battery in? Have battery tested at auto parts store it may have an internal short!

Before all the problems started the left turn blinker was continually on so a friend took out the blinker fuse and after that is when the problems started. Will the fuses make the car make these problems or messing around with the fuses cause the car to short out?

Not likely. Fuses would bow if shorted. Any big music amps wired into system?
