My 98 Lantra you can turn the key, you can hear the click all lights come on on the dash but it wont start. You can not jump start it but you can clutch start it. We have replaced the starter and tried changing some fuses under the bonnet but we still can not start it.

Have you checked all connections at the battery to make sure everything is tight and clean? Have you checked the main ground wire from the battery to the engine block? Have you checked to see if there is 12v of power to the smaller wire on the starter when the key is in the start position?
