I was driving down the road at 35 mph and as I was driving my car just completely lost all power and stalled. So I let it sit for about 15 minutes and then tried starting the car and nothing. So I got the car towed home and started messing
around with the car. I went through all the fuses all were good. I also checked the fuel pump to make sure it was working it was. Just to be 100% sure I took the air cleaner off the throttle body and sprayed starting fluid in and tried starting the car nothing. Then I took apart and replaced the cam shaft sensor still nothing. This make and model dodge intrepid has coils over each spark plug, so I pulled the first coil off the plug and checked for spark and got nothing so I also checked coils 2 and 3 no spark. So my question is what would cause the car to get no power to the coils? Any input would be greatly appreciated.

Is the fuel pump working? Were any trouble codes retrieved?

Check the Auto Shut Down (ASD) relay located in the POWER DISTRIBUTION CENTER under hood.
If you have another, identical relay in the power dist. Center, swap it with the ASD relay and then try to start the vehicle. If it now starts the ASD is faulty and needs to be replaced.
