When the problem occurs, have a helper crank it, while you visually check for spark at the plugs. If you have spark everywhere, use a gage and check fuel pressure. Any applicable trouble codes? Some of the national brand autostores used to check codes for free?

Maybe you are getting moisture in your distributor cap. You said you replaced plugs and wires. Try replacing the distributor cap and rotor

You have to do testing when problem is ongoing. Any electrical part, if there is a problem on the wiring circuit, replacing the part won't fix it.
