white steam at start up when cold

1997 TOYOTA 4RUNNER

My 97 Toyota 4 runner will produce white steam when it is started cold, it will stop after driving for a short distance (15min) it seems somewhat excissve for just condensation and does not smell sweet like antifreeze. Could it have anything to do with my catailc convertor or muffler?

Suspect the begining of headgasket failure or intake gasket

Pull the oil dipstick and smell for gas-if so injector/s or the fuel pressure regulator is leaking also be concerned of the earlier suggestion-
