1997 Infiniti J30 Car won't start

My trunk latch locked up on me a few months ago. It started off the time first for a few days, then it turned into five times and then it just shut off completely. I don't know if it has something to do with the alarm system. But is there anyway that I can get it to start by resetting the alarm system?

There are many possibilities why the engine would not start and you need to start with finding out what is causing it.
Are you able to crank or simply it does not even crank the engine?
