ford brake lock up

i have a 97 ford aerostar i have replaced whole rear end , brake booster, master cylinder x3, proportining block , front calipers and brake lines, there is no air in the lines and the front brakes are still locking up. what do i need to do to fix this?

Do they stay locked when you release the pedal or are they just grabbing too easily?

If they stay locked, open the hydraulic system at various places to see where they will release. Try opening the front bleeder screws and try loosening the steel lines at the master cylinder.
