I am looking at a new truck

I have been looking at a 1997 chevy Silverado, Ext. Cab, 4WD. This truck has 149000 miles on it and they want $7500 for it I have kbb it and it came up $6250 what should I offer them for it?
and currently I am driving a 1999 chevy s 10 4 door blazer with 4x4, it has 108200 miles on it. Would it be a good idea to trade and get the truck with that many miles on it? Thank you for the help

The miles don't hurt if the vehicle has been taken care of. However, the price seems high for how many miles it does have. Take the KBB price and then 20% off that as an offer.
