What do I do if I have bent engine valves?

The only thing that can be done is to remove the head, remove the belt valves and pray no damage was done to the head. Have the head checked and replace the bent valves. If damage was done to the head, it will need replaced too. Also, check pistions to make sure they were not damaged.
