97 cadillac seville sts, northstar eng, has electrical short when 2 maxi fuses body 1 & body 3 are removed shortage goes away but car wont start. Shortage drains batt down in about 2-3 hours, any ideas?

These to fused circuits provide power to the trunk mounted #2 fuse box. Begin your diagnosis with the power wires running from the maxi fuse block to the trunk mounted fuse box.

If these wires are good, then one/more of the circuits controlled by the trunk mounted fuse boxes are shorted.
