Car is completly dead won't start at all still have power in lights

Have the battery tested at Advance Auto ro Auto Zone. It is probably holding a charge but when under load, meaning when trying to start the car, the voltage is dropping probably due to a bad cell in the battery. The aforementioned stores will not charge you to test your battery.
