Service light came on code reading P1115 change catalytic and both 02 sensor

Is there a possibly the muffler could have that much of a back flow so that the flow could be read a incorrect air flow?

Well I remove the muffler to find that not the problem. So it back to solenoid valve. Or the new check valvebeing faulty causing incorrect flow.
