Chances are the fuses and bulbs are good and the switch shorted out internally. Plus, if I recall, there is a built in breaker in the switch that may have failed. My first guess, since fuses are good and bulbs are good is the switch itself. It is a cheap part, under 20 dollars I believe. The hardest part about replacing it is access to the rear of it to release the pull out shaft and to remove and reinstall the wiring.
