Car makes loud popping when turning, acceleratiing from a stop, and braking to a stop.

I've recently replaced the front struts and outter tie rod ends. Now whenever i brake to a stop or accelerate from a stop there is a loud popping noise comming from the front right tire area. It also happens when making a sharp turn in either direction and sometimes when hitting a pot hole. Any suggestions???
