Noises problem
1996 Dodge Intrepid 6 cyl Manual

When I first get the car out. Nothing. Runs great. As I drive it a mile or so I start hearing a squeak coming from the driver side tire. When I apply the breaks, the squeak goes away. I also notice it squeaks worse when I turn left and not so much when I turn right.

That sounds like the warning sensors on the brake pads may be rubbing. It could also be just a cheap set of pads, not installed professionally that can glaze over and to that too. The first thing you need to do is have the brakes inspected.
