Truck won't start

I have a 96 chev suburban that will not start. Has spark but could not hear fuel pump run, changed relay still nothing and changed fuel pump still can't hear pump run and will not start

Is there power to the relay? If yes, then you need to make sure there is power out from the relay and trace the wire to the fuel pump to see where it is lost. Also, check grounds.
