What cause engine to run lean?

When I click on the link the screen jump to youtube and the video but I don't hear any sound, I can get on the computer at the library and click on the link the screen jump to youtube and the correct video and I can hear the video play, why I can't hear the video play on my computer.

I turn the volume up still don't hear any sound, I am not so sure that I have flashplayer, I don't no what to do.

When I download mozilla and click run before it complete I get a internet explorer security warning message showing how can you decide if you should open a download file? Have you scanned the file for viruses? Did you ask for the file? Do you know who published the file? Do you know what the file will do to your computer?

Adobe flasher player been install on my computer but when I go to youtube and click on the video I want watch it still don't play.
