I just need to no how often i need to drive this truck? i drive it about 1 time a month.

not driving it won't hurt much just change oil and filter more often so condensation won't build up and when you drive it drive it about 20 miles at least eway if possible.

Not driving it it want affect the fuel pump and gas in tank?

nope just run the tank out within a year so you have to get new fuel
