Dash lights out

I my 4runner is running fine. The engine turns over and will run just like before. The problem is that my windows, radio, dash gauges, windsheild wipers and parking sensor (that helps from putting the car from park to drive when pressing the break) will not work at all. I have checked all fuses and they look fine. When I put the key in the back window it rolls down but when I use the button to roll it down nothing happens. The auto door locks still work and the key sensor still bings and door ajar lights and dome light still works. What could be wrong?

I to am having the same problem except for I cant start my 4 runner with a key I have to get under the truck and jump the starter off but after I get it running none of my dash lights, windows, radio, and gauges will work.
