The passenger side mirror is missing, and there is also a hole where the controls are supposed to be in the door panal. How do I go about fixing it, what parts will I need, and how much am I looking at spending?

The wires should go to a connector inside the door panel. If you release the panel, you will see the connector.

You can buy the mirror aftermarket or factory. The aftermarkets work ok and are cheaper but you need to go to a parts store to get a bid. You may need your vin number for the correct part.

Just to add to this one there is a philps screw holding the inside mirror cover on remove the screw then remove the cover. Then there is three 10mm nuts holding the mirror on you will need a pair of pliers to hold the plastic posts that broke off the mirror while you remove the nuts. You will also have to unplug the old mirror pig tail The new aftermarket mirrors for a power one is about 40 bucks. Let me know if you have any more questions.
