I have 1995 Jeep Wrangler with a 2.5L 4 cylinder. When cold Jeeps fuel pump will not come on to pressurize system. If you sit and crank the engine until the battery is almost dead the relays start to click. When the relays stop clicking, you can hear the fuel pump kick in and pressurize the system. Wait about 60 seconds and it will start right up. Fuel pump and filter are new. Battery new. When it starts it runs perfect, smooth idle, no hesitation. Had alternator checked, 4 Passes in a row. Have run out of ideas.

It sounds like you have an issue with the ASD relay or one of the power supplies going to it.

This is how you get them corralled back where you want 'em!

Jayforbes, they way this works is: Ask a question, the answer will come back to the same location!

Your other question is sorta being ignored, when/ if you reply, do it right below our answers.

The ASD RELAY (automatic shutdown relay) is located in the PDC (POWER DISTRIBUTION CENTER. That would be a fusebox dealee, under the hood, generally inside the top of the cover is a "Legend", as to what's what in the box!

Were still here
