My right head light and high beam are out

My right head light and high beam are out. I changed the lights for both of them and they still don't come on. I checked the fuses and their fine. On another note, my horn and headlights came on, on their own and this has happened twice. I'm thinking this can be relate to the right side head lamp and high beam issue?
