describe your problem...i have a 95 gmc suburban that wont stay running for more than ten seconds without shuting off and now it doesnt even start. When i turn the ignition on the engine turns over but the speedometer bounces up and down and the turn signals dont work and the battery voltage gauge does not register. The engine also cranks over faster thn usual.

When engine cranks faster than normal, it indicates loss of compression. Get a test done to check the compression.

Did engine overheated previously?
