My truck is leaking oil right in front of the oil pan

It is a pan about 6 inches wide and 3 or 4 inches long. I do not know what this is called but I need to replace it asap because it had a hole in it. It leaks a lot both when it is running and when it is not, id say it leaks the same amount both when it is and is not running. The part that is leaking has 2 bolts on the front corners of it.

That plate is ddebris cover for torque hole comes from factory. When oil leaks running or not out of that hole indicates rear main crank seal leaking. So trans must be removed to acess
