I have a 1995 Dodge Grand Caravan 3.3 that just stopped running. Turns over but no start. Have no fuel pressure and don't hear the pump cycle at all. I changed the fuel pump relay and nothing. I found 3 wires going to the pump and had a friend turn the switch while I tested each and got none to produce a lightup. Checked all the fuses and they are good. I did spray some starter fluid into the air intake and the engine started up for a few seconds. Has to be a problem with the power getting to the pump. Could it be the crank sensor? I did find a loose connector that comes off the front harness and it has a black wire and a lt. Blue wire, but can't find that it goes to anything. Ideas or suggestions welcomed. Is there a test herness for the fuel pump similar to what was on my chev. Truck?

The fuel pump will only have voltage for one second when the ignition switch is turned on, then again during cranking. Since you have spark, the crankshaft and camshaft position sensors are working. A good place to start is bypassing the fuel pump relay, terminals 30 to 87. If the pump doesn't run, you can test for voltage without having to crank the engine. There should be 12 volts on that jumper wire too. If it's not there, look for a blown fuse. If you have voltage there, measure at the connector by the tank.
