On start-up the engine races, changed TPS and IAC. The car acted like it wanted to throttle down but didn't. Shut it off and tried to start it again and it wont start. The engine turns over but it wont start. What could I to stop the engine from racing and what could have happened that the engine wont start now?

A vacuum leak can cause a high idle. As far as not starting now, is the engine getting spark and fuel? Is the fuel pressure within the manufacturer's specs? Will the engine start with starting fluid?
