internal temperature of a 95 acura integra

i just got a new digital gauge for my 95 acura integra ls 4 doorand it keeps telling me a different temp eevery time i turn the car on and off. when i turn the car on and let it warm up all the way the digital tgauge tells me the temp is anywhere between 70-157 and when the car is off and completely cooled off it tells me anywhere between 0-70. what temp is my vehicle supposed to be when its fully warmed up?

The engine? That would depend on a plethora of parameters. The thermostat is designed to open when the engine block reaches about 180-190 degrees. And it can go as high as 210 degrees (maybe 220) under heavy load. Completely cooled off it should be ambient temperature.
