My 1994 Honda Passport is having problems revving past 4k rpm. When you stomp on the gas from a stop it has very little acceleration as well. I have changed the fuel filter and that didn't help. The following link is to a video of what my passport is doing. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=8O_RpAd-uP0 Thanks in advance

The engine is experiencing rpm cut whereby the engine cuts off the cylinders except for one.

Is the Check Engine Light indicating?
Was any repairs carried prior to this occurring?

If there were no other modifications done to the engine before and this just started you can try using some throttle body cleaner. Have see where a little carbon has clogged up a air hole. What I am saying is something to try. It does not mean that there could be other problems causing the car to run like it is.

There where no repairs and the check engine light comes on some times while I'm driving but then goes off right when I come to a complete stop.

That is the rpm cut, it actually should come on only when the rpm redlines and something is wrong causing it to cut at a lower rpm.

GEt a free scan done at Autozone and post the trouble code here. It could tell us what is wrong and if it is related to the rpm cutting prematurely.

Port is either located behind center console, to right of accelerator pedal or behind left kick panel.
