1994 GMC Jimmy noise

My truck was stolen and I got it back. I think they ran it out of oil cause of a leak I new about.
i made sure fluids were good and I started it up. Runs like normal. Drives like always.
but has a very loud ticking and chatter coming from motor
Oil pressure is great.

i pulled off valve cover. On passenger side and rocker arms and rods seem fine. I can turn rods with finger but no play up or down seems tight enough.

tryed pulling spark plugs one at a time and seeing if the noise stops but still there.
