Oil Pressure

When in park or driving down rd. Oil pressure is ok. When stopped at a red light or stop sign oil pressure drops all the way down, if I put truck up in netural oil pressure goes back up. It only seems to happen when truck is warm, it doesn't do it when truck is cold. Also how many quarts of oil does this require 4 or 5 quarts?

Oil pressure:
Check the oil pressure with a mechanical gauge, if normal replace the oil pressure switch. If abnormal could mean oil pump and engine bearing.

If it was the oil pump or engine bearing would the truck run rough, cause it seems to run the same.
